5. AI Output Disclaimer
Our Services may generate automated outputs using artificial intelligence.

Outputs are provided “as-is”
You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use
We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, systems, models, processes, and materials provided by Profit Ventures LLC remain our exclusive property.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Clients own their original data
Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes
No resale, sublicensing, or reverse engineering is permitted

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during the engagement.

8. Payment Terms
Fees are outlined in applicable proposals, invoices, or subscription agreements.
Failure to pay may result in:
Suspension of services
Termination of agreement
Collection efforts and legal remedies
9. Limitation of Liability

Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
10. Indemnification

Violation of laws
Infringement of third-party rights
11. Termination
We may terminate services:

For non-payment
At our discretion with notice
Upon termination, all rights to use services cease immediately.
