This Subscription Agreement governs recurring service plans offered by Profit Ventures LLC.
1. Subscription Services
Subscribers receive access to agreed AI tools, automation systems, support, or consulting as defined in their plan.
2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
Fees are due in advance
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
3. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
Clients may cancel by providing written notice.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds unless required by law.
5. Usage Limits
Subscription plans may include:
API limits
Data processing caps
User limits
Exceeding limits may result in overage fees or suspension.
6. Modifications to Plans
We reserve the right to:
Modify pricing with advance notice
Adjust plan features
Introduce new tiers
7. Suspension
We may suspend accounts for:
Non-payment
Abuse of services
Security risks
8. Termination
We may terminate subscriptions for material breach.
Upon termination:
Access to services ends
Outstanding balances remain due
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Dakota.
